Hi,

Local authority have planted young trees all along our road. They are mainly red twigged limes and cobnut trees, all about 15 ft tall. Me and neighbours have tried to keep them watered during the really hot spell but on most all the leaves have gone brown and curled up.

Will they be OK? We really want them to do well.

Keep watering them and they may come back next spring. Sometimes the whole of the top of the tree dies back and growth is only at the bottom of the trunk.

Fingers crossed then. Will keep up with watering.
