Ageratina

I had a bit of a google, it meant nothing to me,  found Eupatorium rugosum, aka Ageratina altissima.

So yes, have grown and lost it. Too dry I think.

Are all eupatoriums (eupatoria?) ageratina now?

The photos of Ageratina altissima on google images look like Eupatorium rugosum to me. The same, not similar.

Is that right? I thought that it was just Ageretima that had changed its name and that all the others were still Eupatorium.

Ageretima, certainly likes moist soil, in my garden and is happy in sun, or, moderate shade. Very easy to take cuttings from as well.
