Last year I sowed a small area with a wild flower mix, I think I can identify some Alyssum, Californian Poppy, Cornflower, Cosmos, Poppy, Blue annual Phlox, but there is a magenta one I don't know.

Any help appreciated.

    It's not corncockle.

    I think it's Linum grandiflorum

    In the sticks near Peterborough

Thanks for the quick reply, I have just looked up the name and pictures and that is it.

I am growing these from last years seeds, so now I can actually label them correctly, Thanks

That looks beautiful. I hope you get good results again this year. X

I hope they come true from seed as I am now pricking them out to grow on.

Also Californian Poppy to fill any gaps in the garden, that's if I can actually find room in the greenhouse.

I collect lots of different seeds when dry, and  try and grow them on.
