Here's hoping the same Flower bird, it really was dismal last year.
I would have to disagree gardenning granny re the staking. I had lovely 5ft + plants that got flattened by the awful summer rain last year, some of them ended up hanging over the walls of my beds, tangled up with the Scabious. One thing I did learn though was the stems quickly started growing their own roots when they had contact with the soil. I will guard against this for this year by some discreet staking just in case.
