might be, has similarities but none of mine look quite like that.

i havent sorry, i done some work for some one and they had this tree/plant in there garden and i liked the look of it,it was about 5ft tall and 6ft wide, its all branches like this. thank you for your help so fair

Yes tree peony! I was given one two years ago and although it hasn't flowered yet it has out grown its space already. 

I have now dug it up and put it in a large pot as I didn't relise how huge and how very quickly it would get to 4ft high and 4ft wide with multiple stems. (Another gardening blunder) never too old to learn !!!!
