searching for unusual plants
Hi, I'm looking for some very specific plants which I have not succeeded in finding by using a google search and following up the links to lots of nurseries and wholesalers, or by using rhs plant finder. Any ideas would be gratefully received. Here's my list:
Hamamelis vernalis 'holden' on its own rootstock
Cretaegus intermis, c. tanacetifolia and c. arnoldiana
Euonymus yedoensus
Prunus davidiana
Pelargonium 'attar of roses'
Rosa majesii, r. glauca
Euphorbia sikkimensis, e. oblongata
Any help would be very appreciated!

Pelargonium attar of roses is on Sarah Ravens website.
Rosa glauca is available here http://www.classicroses.co.uk/products/roses/rosa-glauca/

I can send you some Rosa glauca seeds, if you PM me your address.

You might have some spelling problems there - for example, try searching for Crataegus inermis (which is really Crataegus crus-galli var. inermis). Sorry if you really mean what you wrote!
..I've never heard of Rosa Magesii.... do you mean rosa Majalis or Moyesii....? perhaps...
..'Majalis' is available from continental growers... it's more for the collector.... Moyesii is freely available...
yeah...but it's rosa majalis rubrifolia as it's sometimes known, especially on the continent.... we call it glauca more often... rosa ferruginea is another name for this..
