Something has been eating my chillies and toms...
Something has been nibbling at my chillies and toms...Not many have been nibbled and the whole fruit isn't eaten. I noticed it on the chillies a couple of weeks ago. What ever it is gets down to the seedy part then leaves the rest of the fruit alone.
The first chilli nibbled, I looked inside thinking it could be some sort of grub. It looked like a tiny creature had died and gone black (me thinks I would die if I nibbled a chilli and crawled inside especially these, they are really hot) I then thought a mouse might have gotten into the GH but the fruit nibbled isn't near the bottom of the plant and this maybe significant, what ever it is has nibbled both green and red toms but only red chillies, I've still got purple and green one's not yet changed colour.
Cues and aubergines haven't been touched.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be...thanks in advance for your replies...

We have mice eating peppers, chillis and aubergines - but seem to leave the tomatoes alone. However we do have climbing slugs, which are partial to red toms
Tomato moth caterpillars are a likely culprit:

but I haven't had them nibbling chilies. Yet. You may have more than one pest of course.
