This is probably not the most appropriate posting but i am getting desperate to find out what has happened to my GW Sept issue that has failed to arrive on the door mat this month.
I have subscribed through The Magazine Service for years and this is the first time I have not received my copy through the post.
When trying to telephone a number on an old letter dated 2007 it rings once and just goes to engaged. My monthly amount has been taken from my credit card. My email also hasn't been acknowledged
I have tried the website but can't find the UK website for The Magazine Service, registered office Somerset House, Waterlooville, Hants.
Is it just me or has anyone else had problems?
