The grill in the picture has v shaped grilles to collect the fat, you can even see the fat collection trap. My parents had one years ago, it was excellent, no annoying flames charring all the sausages when you turned your back!

That's what I'm after and can't find one anywhere. Anyone know where i can get one?

Would you mind telling me how much sand and cement you used? and also the number of bricks? im trying to work out a budget. I know its not going to be massivly expencive but im tight on cash!
If anyone has done this could they kindly let me know how much sand/cement and bricks are needed? I have the grill but it comes with instructions that do not include the 'side plate'.

Also, could anyone give me a clue about foudations, depth and size etc?
