Why do people turn their noses up at edible flowers? What could be more delicious than beautiful chive heads tossed into a salad?

My daughter got the "edible flower" bug years ago, and always present me with the most beautiful salads when I visit. I now grow flowers for salads myself, and you can do a salad with matching bouquet on the table!!!!!!!!!!!!
