Can we use this method to get the seedlings started and then grow them in the kitchen under a propagation light?

I'd very much like to try seed discs as I've not had a great deal of success in growing herbs from seed but where can I buy seed discs from?

Could try your local pound store? Theres a lot of sets

No need to grow herbs under lights, they germinate quickly on the window sill.
I have never used discs for anything.
