Summer's here!
This week it's looking like summer at last! I think we're all getting some sun and, boy, is it a welcome sight.

I haven't eaten kohl rabi either - what do you do with it?

A neighbouring allotmenteer gave me some kohl rabi plants last year. They were excellent! We had them grated in salad. They have something of a nutty taste, really nice and well worth growing.

We love kohl rabi grated in a salad. Add a little olive oil or mayo. It has a very particular smell, quite cabbage like - don't let that put you off though!!
