Tete de Tete and Jetfire

There is a lovely one called Jenny - a tall one, but not too blowsy

I love the doubles, but when they get wet they fall over. The stems aren't strong enough to support the head.

My all time favourite has to be tete a tete. I always have a couple of bowls for the patio. So cheery when they are seen from the living room window in the depths of winter. Last years have just been tipped out of the pots ,they will go in a gap in the garden, and new ones for the pots.

Rip van winkle is my fave

I try and grow the taler ones amongst other low shrubs or emerging perennials so that they get some support.

Not familiar with poeticus Sunnydayz- will look it up

Just looked- I know it as Pheasant's Eye!

I have just recieved my order of far too many daff bulbs. Now I am struggling to find the perfect arrangement. I have an assortment of minnows, fortunes, tete a tete and pink smiles. I have completely fallen in love with the pink varieties of narcissus but I seem to be in the minority, are they harder to grow ? Up can't understand why more people don't chose the pink ones also ?

For pure scent  Yellow cheerfulness is my favourite.  Got it all over the garden and in April and May the scent is overwhelming

I love Thalia - I just think the flowers are so elegant, and it is scented too. This spring, the flowers looked absolutely lovely in my border where I had planted them amongst Pulmonaria Trevi  Fountains and they were all flowering too. Frannerz, I like the pink ones too! I think people are just more used to yellow ones. They don't seem any harder to grow, although the slugs do seem to prefer them to the yellow ones!

Really pleased now as I ordered a mix of fragrant bulbs and find both Yellow cheerfulness and Pheasants eye included. I love tete a tete. I want to get some Rip van winkle they are so pretty. I love the pink ones but as yet don't have any.
