Writing with daffodils
I have a deep passion for spring bulbs. They're not the poshest of flowers, but I couldn't bear to live without them - especially daffodils.

I too love spring bulbs however we have so many problems with squirrels digging them up I have virtually given up with them. Any ideas on how I can stop the squirrels doing this

I do cover all my pots with chicken wire or hanging baskets turned upside down. I have to do this ,or replant every day. Jean

Toby covered this with tulips in one of the Gardener's world programmes. He used those plastic baskets that are used in ponds. I thought of using chicken wire as a suitable alternative. Squirrels are apparently nice in a pie lol. Greys only :D
