What pollinates peas

Has anyone ever grown peas under fleece and did it protect from the pea moth and its nasty maggots?

Peas are pollinated in the same way as any other nectar producing plant, by flying insects. If you exclude the pea moth you exclude all the other things that might produce peas for you. Short of crawling under the fleece with a paint brush in your hand you ain't gonna get anything.
