I am planning to visit Wisley on Sunday 7th September - does anyone want to join me?  it is the last day of their annual flower show, where they have lots of nurseries displaying their wares, and some dahlia displays.

myself and OH went last year and though the car parks were busy, the gardens themselves didn't seem to be.  The orchards were looking great, and the glasshouse borders (prairie planting by Piet Oudolf) were at their peak.  Plus there were plant stalls to peek at on the way out.  Its free to get in with an RHS membership card.

Let me know if there's any interest out there ......

Hi Chicky, I maybe able to come, just trying to sort today how to get there

I'm hoping to get train there and OH pick me up and bring me home

Where do you live panda? Could I maybe meet you on the way if you are getting train or is that too complicated? Sorry have never been to Surrey before

Woking station is dead easy to get to from Waterloo - about 30 minutes journey, and the trains go about every 10 mins. Happy to pick you both up from there (and drop you back to Woking at the end of the day too). Surrey is very friendly

That is really kind of you Chicky and hope to be able to sort proper tonight when OH home

Have a lovely day out Girls.  I could never do that (meet up) as I can't leave my OH.  But you can tell us what a lovely time you had can't you.

If we are having our indian summer by then the jumper will not be making an appearance I'm afraid
