I ordered off them a month ago and received items on friday all strawberry runners where dead plum tree with brown leaves still havent received pear tree peach tree out of stock.Ive phoned them 5 times at there premium rate and keep putting me on hold they said an advisor would ring me back so waited in all day and no one contacted me also sent emails with no reply.They said i have to wait until end of september for the peach tree

Have they said they wont give you the money back then?

yes they told me i would have to wait until end of september for replacement or choose another tree which are now reduced to 9.99 from the 17.99 i paid

I fell foul of these last year,  I ordered some plants £34.00 worth through Ideal World,  after 3 weeks from dispatch the plant turned up in dreadful state so I took photo's of them all and sent the to Ideal World and they actually refunded my money in total including the p+p,  so  I would give them a very very wide berth.

I totally agree with threads like this being started to expose these companies. Bad publicity is the only thing that will eradicate them.

I manage to find a lot of the more unusual plants I need for wildlife gardening on Ebay, there are some good honest fellow gardener's selling good quality plants and seeds. Just make sure you read the review ratings before you buy. 

I ordered off these guys a good few years back, out of a magazine - the mini orchard collection, apple tree, pear tree, plum tree with free cherry tree.  All went through a couple of harsh scottish winters in pots outside, but the only one to survive was the pear, which is now planted in my garden, is very healthy at 6ft tall, with lots of leaves but no flowers or fruit this year.  However, I did e-mail the company a couple of months back to ask for replacement for the trees that didn't grow, as I swear when I ordered they offered a lifetime guarantee on the trees.  As with poor Kevin above, absolutely no response from the company, so I shan't bother ordering from them again.  We live and learn.  At least the pear tree's growing well, but at £29.99 (a few years back) - a tad dear me thinks

I bought from them once it was a special offer on strawberrys. I have useualy avoided them because of the high postal charges  usualy around £9.  the strawberrys arrived after 4 weeks in an awful state managed to save most of them but i agree withGracie go on ebay i have a few sellers saved that have always suplied briliant plants ,sometimes in smaller quantities and allways for less money .but be careful read descriptions and stick to sellers with good feedback.
