Just wondered if any on you would like to share your tips for a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Quit the tabs - almost 3yrs for me, after a 25yr old habit. If I can, anyone can !
I often make a fruit salad breakfast with plain yogurt. Eat it any time of the day, yum! Generally vary the diet.
Even with incipient arthritis in those knees and/or hips a local gym may be able to help you loosen up / slim down with a programme using only low impact workout machines -eg arm cycles and cross-trainers.
And don't forget a good dose of socialising - company, conversation and a good laugh works wonders. Everything in balance and keep happy.

Low carbohydrate living and a vigorous daily walk my blood sugar down to a healthy level. Pity I didn't keep it up, really....
I have spent all day digging now time for Liver and Bacon with some hearty mash.
This is also my favourite way to eat porridge and 3 gym sessions a week help get rid of the chocolate
