Morning forkers,

Didn't do much yesterday - too cold for messing about outside.

Enjoyed the Brits last night. Also watched the red carpet build-up. Quite impressed by the Bond girl and some of the glued-on dresses .

Pleased about Emeli Sande's awards - she made very thoughtful comments about her songs, in contrast with One Direction who seemed to be a manufactured group without a mind.

Morning Gary and forkers still abed. Had a struggle to get out of mine. Had to liberate a little shrew from Rocky cat in the middle of the night. Visit to the Vets yesterday with an abcess from a fight, he is living up to his name. OH trying to fool him into eating food with medicine on it. Better than giving him a pill though, which is impossible.

Good morning everyone No frost here but a tad chilly and the sky looks a funny colour. Hope that doesn't mean snow.

Had a visit from daughter last night night. She 's over the nasty virus and has been decorating so no worries there.

My new trellis panels are arriving today so hoping weather will be ok at weekend so OH can fit them and then I can start sorting out border. Decided to dig out one of the honeysuckles which is years old and replace it and then gradually work on the plan which I've drawn up for the rest of the bumble bee border.

Mystical orange balls. Weather check for weekend please.

Becks - like the name change Maybe I'm a bit mystical myself - you'll know why when you receive your package.

Morning upandabout forkers.

Cold here but no evidence of frost. Indoor jobs today - there's some skirting board that has been waiting ages to be painted. Can't go anywhere, waiting for the rat man who will be here between 9 and 12.30. I'm dressed already in case he turns up here first.
