Found you all!
Only planted my nastursium seeds last week! Have been soooo busy, energy permitting. Getting up & out VERY early, much to daughter's surprise, & gardening until just got too hot/tired to continue.
Lottie- have a good half-birthday 'do'.
Am off out for a meal this w/end to celebrate the end of 'forbidden' foods- Yay!! J.
Jo -long time-hope you are well and the outlook is brighter
No pigeon here-are you sure he knows the way?
Rhubarb and ground rice-more yummy stuff
Jo lovely to hear you have been busy, you sound well
Lottie said her friends had been invited to the party but I cannot find my invite
It is funny how often that happens-promises are made then broken and then outside forces get blamed
The pigeon has returned he ran into some hungry cows, sorry
And there was me planning a pie....
What about some cow pie instead?
Desperate Dan eats cow pies.
Does the kitchen prepare cow pie?
I am an addict, I have been weak
Just ate half a chocolate bar-I will have nightmares!!
If you can get lamb chops and pork chops why aren't there beef chops?
Why is lamb ~lamb.but pig~pork and cow~beef?
and sheep~mutton and deer~venison, but chicken~chicken
I have cooked potato chops!
Kate, no postal invites have gone out yet - my friend who is making them hasn't finished them yet! So don't worry.
Don't know how old the creme egg is but its probably been there in the salad drawer since Easter. I intend to eat it today - am sure chocolate has a long shelf life.
Jo lovely to hear from you, and thank you for the birthday greetings. Enjoy your meal - you deserve all the treats you can get!
Geoff, did you have nightmares?
I cannot believe it neighbours gardener is back again, how much pruning can there be in one garden!!!!!!
@Lottie I have a tea dress on standby
Lottie-I am ill-I spend half of my sleepytime coughing and spluttering-don't have time for nightmares.
What dress code is it for the party?-will there be balloons?
Just watched the end of BGT again-David W singing Sailor Men is classic
Might cut back the green plants again later.
Kate, sounds appropriate - I haven't sorted anything to wear yet!
Dress code is casual - whatever you feel comfortable in but NO speedos or sandals with socks! Flip flops are ok.
There will be balloons and bunting.
I have been bought more flip-flops was saving them for the next jaunt but for a special occasion like this...............
-is any Royalty coming -they don't seem to have much on at the moment.
Will there be dancing?
Oooh, I hope there's royalty - I've never met any.
That is, assuming I'm invited? Pretty please?
Never mind balloons and bunting, we need to know if there will be a BBQ? I can just imagine Prince Charles turning the burgers
Do you think he'd have one of those aprons printed with an armour design?
