Goldilocks is dancing with the bunnies!

I shall compose a stiff letter to the HA. I live in a 1st floor flat in a new development for Old Gits, and most of them have never lived in flats before. Quite a few of them have actually sold houses to move in here. I have lived in flats for quite a lot of my life and came here from the housing list, so am probably more tolerant of a bit of normal noise from neighbours. The sound proofing here is excellent, so I am not sure what is going on.

I hasten to add that I am NOT a noisy neighbour at all, which is why I am so upset.

Goldi, I expect it's a case of mistaken identity, or someone is jealous because you are younger than them. Neighbours can be weird sometimes, so I hear. I'm lucky, I don't have neighbours.
