I think I'm getting very confused!! Good night all
Don't be confused liz,
Wondered who RP was for a moment
Now I have amug of tea
Well, Forkers, it's dinnertime here and I am knackered. I was out on the hillside with my electric hedge clippers [obtained for free at the recycling depot] attacking invasive broom. I am tring to establish a wildflower meadow there, and was wondering what had happened to my "crowd of daffodils"--only a few showing. Leaves are there--must feed, I guess.
Hate to rub it in, but the temp got to 15 today--in the sun, much warmer. Wish I could send it to you.
Sounds like kennel cough [re: Oscar]--pesky, but not serious. Check with vet.
Trying to get back to 3 smokes a day--and back on track with diet--I am much better on my own.
Beige to me is the colour that is closest to nothing.
My friend Zona is back from more than 2 weeks in hospital today after her op.I think this weather will cheer her up. She's hoping to reach her 90th birthday in July. We'll see.
A bright, but very cold, morning here. -2.2 inside the greenhouse.
Don't think I'll be doing much outside over Easter if the weather continues like this.
At least the weeds and grass are not growing. Still have snow lying over about half of my garden (the parts that are in shade).
You lot all having a lie-in just 'cos it's a Bank Holiday? The sun's shining here - I'd have thought you lot would be queueing up, tools in hand, volunteering to do some gardening for a poorly Forker who's confined to the sofa with a snotty nose
Oh, at least one of you's up - Morning Gary Home-made Hot X Bun anyone? They're in the oven .........
Good morning folks. Though you might like to see my new kitty, eating us out of house and home though!
Rather nice chaise longue too Sue
Grunts allgoing to watch James May in bed
Good Morning all, whats with the all the name changing.
Not a cloud in the bloomin sky!!! Hopefully all the snow in my garden will melt, and I'll see some green!!
Morning all. Raining here. Going shopping. Wish they had Hot X buns in France. It's not a Bank Holiday. Unholy lot, the French. But they do have more Bank Holidays than England.
Oh deer, Bunny, ha ha.
Derek, when it's a special holiday, we change names. You should have seen Christmas names!
Really nice to hear from Inka and Sue the Midnight Crew. Inka, I'm better on my own too - when OH is home I have many more temptations ... food!!! in case the double entendre brigade is lurking
Sunny here and lots of cloud as well. Have to get on with preparations for paving man come what may.
Derek, the Christmas names got so confusing that I had to keep a list. I have to keep Flo, otherwise I'd forget who I am
