I have spent most of today filling in an application form for a job. Why do they ask for such silly information, is it really relevant and who really cares!. And personal statements.... all that bigging yourself up, Im not good at that part either.

On hobbies.... I have put cyber football!! Sister will now proof read it, Im sure she will add her bit and big me up even more!

A few companies I worked for you had to reapply for your own job and then also you had yearly assessment but you had to say how good you were-isn't that work for someone else-some things I don't get- and I am sensible
