No. She's a nightowl like me. I blame it on me working night shifts when I was pregnant! She's still in that routine!

Evening. Or is it night ? Just catching up on all the madness - only just got in so expect everyone else is tucked up in bed now but just to let you know I haven't deserted team G.W. Very busy day - if you had 3 hours to spare I would tell you.

I love the bus but prefer the Lear Jet.

I want to join Jess's club - you know what I 'm like for cake , had horrible day so I'm tucking in to egg custard . Sarnie for tea and making choccy chilli for tea tomorrow (see I do cook ) Oh - and had to remove remnants of dried up flies from venus fly trap. (That was fun )

Oh well brand new day tomorrow .

Becks - I really have a thing for cake . It's bad. If it rains it's the first thing I reach for. Made coconut and cherry cake last - scrummy ! Tried not to think about the amount of butter that went into it. Tell Jess she has an ally.

We're the same. If there's no cake in this house, there is definately something wrong. And I don't count the calories. I'm not the health conscious kind! I love food!

Delighted Andy is going to get an Olympic medal. While channel hopping caught some of his match - and Fed's. Andy won in straight sets against Djokovic, easy. Fed lost one set, and third set went to 19-17... he's not in good form.

Enjoyed the late-nite handball Norway/Denmark - the handball court is one of the permanent buildings on the park. Hope handball catches on here.

Gary seeing how you are aawake is the '' Bolt '' running today or tomorrow ? Lost planner. Oh - Morning .

The main Usain event is Sunday night, but there are heats today, in which he will be appearing, maybe this morning.

My feeling is that he's gone off the boil, and there are a lot of other people who want his medal. I'm wondering whether he's going to go the same way as Becky Adlington.

Interesting event today (besides the rowing) is women's triathlon around London.

Hi everyone. - I'm back. Had the day off yesterday to catch up on essentials. Shopping, getting ready for short hols, visiting daughter who is incapacitated due to broken bone and torn ligaments in foot walking her mad dog Henry ( formally known as Rocket - if you met him you would know why), did a bit of training on the playing field, I think We were more exhausted than the dog,  then for the highlight of the day an Indian take-a-way. delish.

In between these chores, watched some great Lympics, getting a few tips from coaches on how to encourage our team. Love some of the outfits, don't know if we could cope with the tight shorts though, it makes your eyes water just to look at them! imagine how we would look in the track gear, now that would be worth seeing

Out this evening for another meal at Sister-in-laws, it's one long round of pleasure at the moment, can't be bad
