Yep- they sure do

In theory it will be the out of tune group and Rylan-so Rylan-can't see who he will appeal to

Homeland is on record mode

The odds are suggesting District 3 and Carolynne, country is still a niche market Gary has 4 contestants so may be happy to get rid of one

kate1123

Nope I did a lot of ff, what happened?

Is it all fixed?

Afternoon all, just had a lovely afternoon in the garden, but got back ache now. Need to rest and catch up with the Grand Prix, drinking tea and eating an Eccles cake, followed by Cadburys chocolate fingers.

Pulled up my crocosmia Lucifer which were in totally the wrong place, not sure where to put them now though. They have multiplied tremendously so think I will offer them around in work. OH came out to help, which is good, but he is like a bull in a china shop

Having a grazing meal tonight and mopping up stuff left in the fridge.

Hands up those who now want a chocolate finger?

Tonight I shall be mostly eating chicken in mushroom sauce with sweetcorn-followed by apple pie

Kate I don't think it is fixed but multiple voting might go on

kate1123

I want a chocolate finger

I have just been offered a take away I have been so busy watching footy that my offer of tuna and pasta was not popular

The betting said that CM had definitely won the wild card, who knew that

Glyn my OH is not allowed to touch the plants anymore

I have feasted and now have an evening of pleb tv comimg up- is Downton pleb tv?

Caz W

Not pleb at all Geoff - Downton is very high brow!

sotongeoff

Only if you live there-I read yesterday that the owners of the real house are getting snotty over the tv publicity-and they may have to move to another location and rename the series

I like a bit of tv related nonsense

Sorry, I have now eaten all the chocolate fingers, but there are 2 Eccles cakes left.

I'm watching Downton too. Need to catch up on Montalbano too.
sotongeoff

In our house Eccles cakes are called dead fly cakes-I hope you remember that as you tuck in Glyn

But they're soft and juicy flies in lovely flaky pastry

Still dead-and just think what they last licked

You won't put me off, Monsieur Geoff! In fact I might go and scoff another one now. Just watching Antiques Roadshow while waiting for Downton. Lovely dresser, it would probably filmy living room.

I really enjoyed SCD this weekend, seems that finally it's got back to it's original format of being a dance competition without the pantomine.  The forced standing ovations did get on my nerves as well as DB's constant use of the word yeah- but I think she is really good addition to the panel. Glad they are reverted back to previous shows on who stays on. I don't mind Craig- he is honest if some what harsh. As for Bruce, I can put up with him, he is true professional, he is over 80 and still hosting a live prime time slot- good for him.

Watched Hunted and really enjoyed it- might have to watch it again before next weeks episode just to make sure I haven't missed anything.

Also saw Prometheus today- amazing, brilliant film. As good if not better than Inception in my opinion. If you enjoyed Alien that you would love this- left me asking loads of questions.

@geoff- disco tent- made me chuckle.

Not going so well with shed cat- some difficult decisions have been made

sotongeoff

Lovely dresser-describes me to a T

XF -last bit definitely staged-something was whispered in Louis' ear as the sing off was taking place-and Gary storms off with a camera following him-this will whip up enough publicity to get people talking and hoped for fireworks next week

The circus has come to town-and I lurve it-such a pleb
