I know -it looked a bit mean

Mm-do you have to sign for them?

16/10/2012 at 21:13

Yes, normally with a key, as they've lost the pen for the screen.

16/10/2012 at 21:16

Then at the point of signature I think would be fair

I wonder what happens on that screen -where does it go-one of life's mysteries?

16/10/2012 at 21:17

Okey Dokey!! I will note the time.

here you go.

I wonder how Poland managed to run the Euros? I had a placement student in the Euro 2012 office in Wroclaw, had to go and visit her. Well someone had to do it. lovely place with a really nice botanic garden.

Well done Hollie.

Just having a cuppa after baking, although a piece of that cake would be nice with it Becks. Having said that, had a large plate of cottage pie, carrots and cabbage made by OH and a piece of Sainsbury's raspberry trifle, so perhaps I should abstain.

Aah, well, you make me laugh, so you get cake!

Glynn, wrap a piece in foil and have it tomorrow.

That's a very attractive plant, I didn't know that blueberries had coloured foiliage.

It's a clear sky here this morning, A nice day in prospect. I'll see if I can find something to snap for tomorrow.

Just got an E-mail from Wyevale, advertising fireworks. A lot of them are called 'cakes'.

"Mutant Space Cherries. 25 shot cake. Deep blood-red dahlia bursts." £11.49 (for one cake).

"Royal Fanfare. 80 shot cake. A fan of red, white and blue comets." £109!

"Pack of 5 assorted garden rockets. Excellent value for money." £6.49, that's more like it.

But won't be wasting my money.

Morning everyone,  Took me a long time to catch up this morning - you were all very busy last night. Can't make head nor tail of the OTHER thread. Are there 3 people or just one  Cold is a bit better today but my nose would rival Rudolphs !

Pam, Foliage is a lovely colour - it reminds me of a plant but can't think what it is .

On the subject of fireworks, there was some going off in the distance last night. Don't know whether it was a celebration of some kind or just the usual morons setting them off early. Not a lover of fireworks myself .

Oh , and I nearly forgot.

Inka said that was her.

Jean promised us a ' Man of the Month'  and I'm still waiting.

 Happy Halloween ladies !

:- D :- D nice pumpkin, Jean!

Morning all. One of my blueberries has turned the same colour as Pam's, the other remains green. I think it depends on the variety.

Going to do an afternoon's supply teaching in a year 2 class today, I may be gone some time. :- /

Morning lovelies!

Woke up to no water. It's just come back on now, but what's coming through looks a bit iffy. The water board has the pavements up all round the estate, so I presume it is something to do with that.

Sun is out, so may get in the garden later!

Jean, we have morons like that round here as well. They have been setting them off the last few nights.

I love that colour Pam! When I start my rose garden, I want colours like that.
