The 5 charity bags of clothes have not been collected-a van when up and down the road an hour ago without stopping-have phoned charity again -waiting a call back-and they complain that donations are down

In that old garden book I found it says December is a good time to top dress, delphniums, peaonies and something else with wood ash. Have so much of stuff will follow old garden knowledge and do so, but not now. Now is mug of tea time.

There maybe some grubby Y-fronts in there for 99p-buyer washes

Always take charity stuff to shop. You can then do Gift Aid contribution forms on the goods they sell and so the charity gets more money.  

then you also know where its going. I know its easier to have it collected though.

Got a charity bookshop near us - very useful.

Have checked the weather forecast and don't like what I see. Also, the clouds are moving in the wrong direction. This is a bad sign. Where did I put those thermals??
