Fed up of marking and bored with football, so thought I would pop in. OH's beef stew eaten, Turkish delight for afters. Falling asleep now. Have to try to stay awake or I won't sleep later.

I suppose I could write a Christmas list but don't know what to buy anyone. Any suggestions please, especially the blokes?

How old is the bloke you want to buy for?

04/12/2012 at 20:38
OH says the Seiko watch he has seen will be fine, only 2000 pounds!!!!

2 40 year olds and one in his 50s. I never know what to get them, women are so much easier.
04/12/2012 at 20:40

How much do you want to spend?

04/12/2012 at 20:44
30ish.

Did anyone buy a last print Dandy today?
04/12/2012 at 20:51

Did consider it-apparently there is a first edition replica with it as well-I dont expect you can buy one now-there is bound to be some on e-bay in a few days.

Right -dvds always go down well-not recent stuff but collections-box sets etc-Scandanavian dramas??-shows how cultured you are

Don't get practical stuff-a bit boring

Anything techie is good

Unusual car accessories

Magazine subscriptions

Will have a thunk

Joys (?) of a clinic tomorrow. Was going to walk down but if it freezes tonight after the late rain, I dont think so. If daughter parks on drive later on tonight, after work, then she can either take me down or just move her car. That's assuming engineer hasnt blocked everyone in!

Ooh, how can anybody willingly go into an MRI scanner? Sort of watching tv as I type.
