I is back!! Internet light has been on a good couple of hours now! We may have a breakthrough!
There is a name for the moon we are seeing at the moment. It is the Full Cold Moon! The last full moon on the last weekend of the year. More info here if interested...
Or google of course!!
Have just gone back through endless pages to find Jo's rissole recipe. It's on 771 if anyone else is interested. Have now written it down in my book, it's made of paper and you use a pen to write on the paper, for those who are kindling mad
Welcome back Becks, made a mistake earlier
I did see something Bjay! Is there another me?? Who is it?
Becks thanks for that I love an obscure fact.
Geoff is it a Panto in Southampton?
Becks - Moonlit Hare aka becks
David Beckam also- and one in Corrie
Kate-they are finding their feet-it is a difficult league there are no easy games- came away with a result
I have no idea what I am talking about
You're very welcome Kate! I can be a nerd at times as well!!
'Afternoon my friends, feel a-glowing from two hours in the garden! It was great - sunny and a bit windy - and I feel very good about it. Hope some of you managed to get out too - it does the soul a world of good.
I have found that cheese rissoles recipe on page 171 and have copied it and ..... HELP now don't remember what to do to save it !! Can sks pls tell me?
Sasha-copy it- then open Word and paste-does that make sense?
Zippy, at least you got something done .
I am (at last ) learning not to set myself too many gaols nowadays and am trying to take life as it comes then what you do achieve it satisfying and hey there is always another day. Mind you the very dark and very windy don't sound too appealing
Dean-time to open the curtains and get up-a visit to the little boys room might also solve the very windy problem
Panto, phew.....managed to do it.....it is called WordPad on my laptop and I have never used it before so many thanks for pointing me in the right direction
Same thing-sort of-now you need to sort out an avatar for your profile
And stay out of gaols
Just has half hour of panic - no electricity for cooker and CH. Couldn't work out which switch in fuse box did what. Next door neighbour came, switched wrong one and all electricity went off. Then he Switched correct one, checked cooker, importantly CH then found we had no internet. Taken ages to get that up and running again.
Now it's pouring and a cold wind, did get in garden a bit this morning.
Keep finding stuff that doesn't start again - latest was tumble dryer. Probably clocks next, son will have a shock when he comes home from work.
Now have to work out what tripped switch in first place!
Oh dear Bjay! That doesn't sound too good. Maybe it's your wheelbarrow!
Might be. Just worried in case happens again, so made up the fire; easy, quick cook dinner and fingers crossed.
Nearly used it this morning.but then thoght 'noo' might get a bit muddy
This wheelbarrow will be a museum piece at this rate-I would be having races by now
