FROST WARNING

Just a warning- the weather forecast for the next few days is that it is going to get noticeably colder, dry by day with frost in some areas.

So if you live in a frost prone spot it might be worth protecting any tender plants, and delay planting any summer bedding or tender vegetables- like french or runner beans, and definitely tomatoes, they do not like cold nights.

You may of course get away with it-just better safe than sorry

Ah well. I was going to put the fuchsias out at the weekend, but maybe not.

Thanks for the deads up! Just checked, and the minimum night temperature in my area Saturday and Sunday is 1 C or 3 C depending on the forecaster. Either way that means a ground frost, so my weekend planting plans have just changed!
