Is it me or is this rather large? Anyone know how I can paste smaller photos?

13/05/2013 at 10:59

Oh, it kind of came out alright

Pamela it looks large while you're doing it. But there is a problem with the site because it shouldn't have the white bands above and below and when you click on the photo it should change to an enlargement.

I don't know if anyone has reported it or if the editors are doing anything.

Here are some not so pretty ones for a change, my veggie garden. I'm not the tidiest gardener and I use permeable fabric to keep the weeds down, 'cos I can't cope with that and the flower bit as well.

What veg have you got in there? I am only starting so I'm only at the seedling stage. I'm a bit worried I've missed the boat for this year

My Mum and Grandma used to call cowslips "peggles"! has anyone else heard that?

13/05/2013 at 11:28

Lovely photos

The pics are just gettign worse.

The top one looks like epimedium rubrum and the bottom one epimedium sulphureum. Your border looks very pretty Pamela. I haven't heard that name before for cowslips.

Google Photobucket and you have to register. When you are registered somewhere it says "upload" so you click on that and it says browse your computer, click and your photo files come up. It has a "library" that your photos go into. When to want to put one here you go to the library and click on chosen photo and some choices will appear on the right, I think it's the 2nd one down, click on it and it will copy the photo. When you click the box goes yellow for a split second. Then when you click on the GW tree it will ask if you want a photo from your computer or an external site. You click on external site and do control V, like copying and pasting.

I think it must be a Suffolk thing

Thought about that last post, I was referring to your name..not being rude.

13/05/2013 at 16:49

KEF now you've made me laugh.

The kitten is one of the two we still have left. They are 9 weeks old. This one keeps coming and sitting on my lap, I so want to keep her... but my son says NO.

Glad you managed it Bev. You're the Mum, older and wiser, shouldn't it be up to you? She's so pretty.

Pamela 14, my builder who is from Hatfield area I think calls cowslips 'poggles'

Love all the pics, in a week or so my alliums will be out; will take pics.
