Evening all!  Hope everyone cosy and warm on this very cold evening.

Verdun, I thoughti'd burnt the toast, it must be your bonfire thats making the cabin smell funny   I left a window open

Maybe your polytunnel could go from your back door to ours, then if it rained we wouldnt get wet waking down the garden.

Pottie love your BOP.

Official party to reopen the village pub ( which seemed already open to me, last time I was there ) So as a local dignatory I suppose I should make an appearance and buy some pints. Someone has to do the officiating stuff .

Marmalade bread  and butter pudding........yum yum

I'm in st Ives bay area folks.  Just half a mile from the sea itself but few mins from the dunes.

Hiya mrs garden.  iPad came today.  Decided to give it to my niece for Xmas instead although she doesnt know yet  So the beach photo was taken on my phone.   She hasnt done badly today.....her new iPhone arrived just a few minutes before the iPad.  I would love to be a "kid" today with all these gadgets   No doubt there's a function on the iPhone that makes scrumping  apples easier

It really was lovely today....hope most of you enjoyed decent weather too.......and because it's out of season it was nice n quiet.

Sounds like a great village spirit going on in Woodgreen - long may it continue!
