Hello Crispears and welcome; love the name! If you are new to gardening, don't be embarrassed about asking even basic questions.

Hiya Crisp Ears, have you been gardening without your suncream on?

Great bunch on here, but they're all daft except me

This forum must have a notorious reputation. LOL

Hello !!

HI everyone - thanks for the welcome.

Welcome CrispEars- you can use this forum just to get wonderful gardening advice or to do that plus have some talk about ...well often cake... or ways to avoid housework... or ... well just about anything

31/05/2013 at 21:11

Bev P-K, There was a great item in my magazine; 'The Week' about housework; A Newport woman has developed a useful disorder; she sleepwalks around the house at night doing all the housework, dusting, washing dishes, and even cleaning windows. It happens about 3 times a week and she doesn't feel tired in the morning.

I'm making clementine cake tomorrow.

Ohhh wonder if my son could develop the ability to clean house whilst sleepwalking- BUT he would probabily make a mess instead.

Clementine cake sounds good.

Welcome CrispEars. Ignore that KEF- we're all very sensible here!

apart from when it comes to cake....

I've said that quietly cos that Verdun's cake daft you know....

If we are all sensible I'm away.

Welcome CrispEars.   I have to ask where that comes from?

No personal atavar for me 'cos you will see just how much I like cake. SWMBO makes better cakes than me but I am the bread maker.

Dear Lord- I can't help being geriatric or senile or follically challenged but I should be able to turn down a slice of cake or fresh baked warm, yeasty buttered loaf. Not A CHANCE.

I CAN RESIST ALL THINGS EXCEPT TEMPTATION

Nah,,leave the cake alone..you need a huge bowl of icecream, or a big bag of salted peanuts..if you have either enjoy for me, my Gallbladder doesn't like them but I love them
