plants from seeds

I have some very ripe and large passion fruit and would like to grow plants from them.

If anyone has had success at this, I would like some advice.

By the way they also taste wonderful !!.

you can grow them here without much trouble, they will die down every year but if you cover the crown from the hardest winters they should grow every year, start them in the spring the same time as tomatoes.plant south facing when large enough.

Are we discussing the culinary passion fruit sold in shops in the uk, or the ornamental variety (which is also edible but with inferior flavour) ?
