this weeping rose is in its 2nd year .I did prune and tidy in spring,but it is now untidy again with unequal long stems.Do I tidy up in July ?

Never had a weeping rose so not sure. Is it still flowering ? If not and it has finished flowering I would give it a bit of a trim.

Thank you for your comments.Unfortunately it has only just come into flower.I will play it safe and trim after flowering as you suggest.
