tomatoes in hanging baskets

Can anyone help with what tomatoes to grow for hanging baskets please. Thanks.

    Hi Kath, I'm going to try Tumbling Tom, they do a yellow and a red one so I'm going to do both image Not sure if it's the best variety as I've never done them before but having read reviews it looks quite good.

     I've grown Minibel in both pots and hanging baskets with much success.

  • I always go for the tumbling variety.

    3 to each basket, water well and feed regularly.

    don't put anything else in,as they will go mad.if you do,make it basil,this goes well,but will need heat and sun,like the tomatoes.so don't put them out until end of may or even june,start them of inside,i keep mine in my kitchen.

    keep your eye on them tho,my husband one year said he had helped me by getting rid of "all the weeds" in my tomato baskets...all the basil!!!!!
