I tend just to buy cheap clay pots and then do things such as this to them.

  Sadly I broke the original pots that were intended for this, and the fit of the replacement pots is not that great.

That sounds as if you're working on a semi-commercial scale - if you don't mind my asking, do you find it viable financially or is that not a concern?

plastic,terracotta frost proof,terracotta fancy glaze,any in fact,I do like terracotta but I am prone to breaking them.
