What have you decided NOT to grow this year?

B3B3 Posts: 27,477

For the first time, I've decided not to bother with petunias. I love the smell of the dark ones but they are damaged by rain and they are very high maintenance when they are mature.

In London. Keen but lazy.

I never grow anything which might be classed as " summer bedding" I find them all a bit too high maintenance.

Don't even start me on hanging baskets.

    Devon.

Trays and trays and trays....of seedlings. I have so much repair and maintenance to do that I don't have time so I put my foot down with myself and only planted 6 half trays. Trouble is I've had very low germination. Are foxgloves really slow?

Hi pp foxgloves can be slow. I've decided against tomatoes this year as I have never had too much success with the ones I've tried.
