Once we had a thread where people wrote about what their weather was doing. It was quite useful as people could warn those who were travelling if conditions were bad. Also interesting to see the different conditions in different parts of the country.
Today, in Dordogne, it is has been raining, is now just grey and was 1° this morning.
I've read on other threads that some of you have snow.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Stockton on Tees, clear azure blue sky and sunshine. Clear towards Durham and Newcastle, I can see the snow on the Cleveland hills ten miles across the valley, the Coastal front usually above us is absent but boy is it cold. Gardening? Another week.

Hard frost in north Manchester. The tops, the pennines are white with snow
Hard frost here in Nottingham area, but bright and sunny - nice if you stay indoors!
East Manchester a frosty start but soon warmed up and now cloudless sky with bright sun and a light but cool wind. Odd patches of snow in shadowed areas. Great day for a walk.
hard frost overnight, got a job 20 miles away on the NY moors and its got snow all over the site, should be fun!
Cloudy first thing here in Bristol but more and more blue sky appearing. Light easterly wind makes it feel quite cold but is drying the washing nicely.
