Tried to post photos but all wrong orientation again.

Try again tomorrow

just realised - am on the wrong thread!

Stockton this has been one glorious week, in fact too hot to do any work in the garden that was not under the umbrella or the shade of the garage door. I have a bench I can move under that to work on. The tan is topping up nicely after all it is well over a year since we saw weather like this.

Lovely sunshine up here, too with a gentle breeze.

Glorious sunset.

Great temperature today in Norfolk, with breeze. Very pleasant.

Birdy, I think you must be in a parallel universe Norfolk; we went and did our 'compost master' thing at a flower festival at St. Germans in the Fens, it was overcast and by 3.45 we were all packing up as it was so cold.

Wonderfully hot and sunny here on the south coast- blue sky without a cloud in sight

fidgetbones

Cloudy in nottingham all day. can fairywings wave her wand please?

Lovely sunny day in Marlow in the Chilterns - today and tomorrow is the annual Town Regatta and the weather was perfect! The town looked great, full of ladies in their long, summer dresses, and the men in their blazers and straw hats - all very much an Edwardian picture

In the NW it was hot and sunny, not a cloud in sight all day. Must have been at least 24C.

Woodgreen wonderboy

Sunny and warm in Hampshire but very windy which helped keep me cool working on the garden, except when my hat blew off.

im worried woody....really worried.  did you get your hat back?..................

My post was intended for the Friday (which had been great weather) but a 'Cinderella experience' meant I failed to 'leave the ball' (= this forum) before midnight. (Pumpkins everywhere now! )

This bit of Norfolk does seem to buck the weather trend quite often actually - no idea why or how.

Yesterday (Saturday) was cold here as well, however.

As to living in a parallel universe - it seems I've been doing that for decades!

Windy, cloudy and sunny alternately here in worcestershire.  I'm amazed to find myself wondering if it's going to rain this week

Today is dull and overcast.

KEF

S.Yorkshire. Sun came out earlier, so after a bit of girlie pampering, feet not quite to Tina standard but good for me, I put on my suncream, shorts an little T shirt. Went downstairs and it's spitting with rain.

Sunny periods in Hants, still a bit windy, but have been out and watered my pots which is a regular Sunday treat.
