Hi I was watching Gardeners World on friday and saw Monty Don using some sort of metal hook to pin down new strawberry plants on runners.  I've been looking everywhere for these but with no luck.  Can anyone tell me their offical name and possible suppliers.

Kind regards

Have just had a look again- they were anything specific or are even manufactured -it is just a piece of wire bent to a U shape

Stop searching and make you own -or buy some fencing staples-similar to these -but not necessarily these

What a good idea using paper clips or hair grips

HI I saw a G W video of Monty planting shallots in a huge galvanised pot. They were gorgeous and I'd like to know if it's possible to buy them?

Probably-post a link to the video and someone will recognise them

Cut and re-use old wire coat hangers
