Lol Discodave. I have an old toilet I found when I worked as a storeman for a joiners yard a couple of years ago. I got the old toilet (which was just dusty ) and two Belfast sinks for nothing. They were about to throw them out. I'm just looking for an old chimney pot now to go amongst my wooden mushrooms. I'm all for recycling

Yeah, I live in an old victorian house and would love an old victorian chimney pot to use as a planter but they are crazy expensive to buy. I also love the idea of using an old belfast sink as a mini pond.

Whwn we had one of chimneys removed from this house - 60 years old- I not only have the pot but also the liners that went up the stack. Really good pot sized containers. Have used 5 still have 6 to go. Keep an eye on houses being done up, chimney liners going to skip!! NO mine are not available

My knowledge of areas in British Isles is improving by the day

Morning folks. Thats not so good MM. I live 7 miles from the forth rail bridgd the the germans couldnt hit in WW2. I can imagine it must be a little scary living next to a target practice area? Willow tends to wedge herself wherever she can get the most heat
Have you recently moved to thd uk Girasole?
