leaf cutter bee

I think I have a leaf cutter bee nesting in the bottom of a plant , she seems to be alone at the moment. I have seen her going in and out of the drainage holes, but this is the first time I have seen her with part of a leaf.

Should i just leave her alone or discourage her?

Leave her alone. She's not setting up a hive, so you don't need to worry about having to deal with masses of bees.

She is fascinating to watch, as she brings back bits of leaf, and takes it in to the pot, then she come out will soil, making room for it. Doesn't seem to bother her when i water my plant.
