Spider ID please

Just found this wonderful looking thing spinning a web across my pond. Sorry about the blurry picture, I took about ten but this was the best I could get. Anyone know what it is? The stripes on it's body are lime green coloured.

    Thanks Dave! I checked the link and google imaged the ones mentioned but none looked like this one, they sound fascinating though!

    Sorry Dave I just looked again into raft spider and maybe that is it, it's just on the pictures the legs look really fat but this has tiny hair like legs, think I'll have to go and have another look at it. image

    Nutcutlet, are there things that have six legs that make webs? now you've got me thinking, the picture is too blurred and now I can't find the thing to count it's legs. But...

    Edd I just looked up images of the Orb Weaver and it looks a lot like that, it also did this thing where it stretched all its legs out in front of it. That could be the one.
