Overview
Christmas wreath decorations can be made simply from bundles of twigs pruned from your garden and can be left undecorated if coloured stemmed willow or dogwood is used. For a more traditional look, cover the framework with sprigs of evergreen foliage and anything else that takes your fancy.
Do it:
late-November - December
Takes just:

How to do it
-
Bundle straight twiggy growth together to form a basic ring. Use garden string, raffia, wire or strong stems cut from climbers to bind the twigs. Continue this binding technique to add sprigs of conifer, holly and other evergreen foliage, as well as any other decorations you choose.
"Remember to incorporate a loop of strong wire to the back of your wreath so that it can be attached securely to the door."
