just join as a registered member, Tried to view a video about growing courgettes, but all i got was a blank box were video should be, not a very good start, any ideas why

I have had the same problem viewing videos for months now and I've asked for help several times to no avail. I used to be able to do this until the website was revamped. Perhaps I may have a reply and some assistance? Margaret B
