I retired at xmas and have got more interested in my garden, it is a mess at the moment I have been planning what I would like to do, hopefully with the tips I get from here it will have taken shape by next year, I enjoy looking through all the projects,

hi bowie2. Just a tip now your retired. Gardening can be cheap, sometimes free, although tiring and rewarding. Recycle loads of household items for pots, cuttings, trellis, planters. Have cuttings from friends and neighbours. Snip off from overhanging gardens, and parks (shhushhh ha) !Enjoy !!!!!!!!

Just brought a tyhme and chocolate, apple mint plants - so going out to plant them up now.
