its not really agro as such frank its just a moan and no doubt when it really comes down to it,we all have to get on with people our neigbors included as for northeners being more friendly well who knows as my family were all from up north i cant say as im a cockney,through and through but now live in devon

well i cant BELIEVE it my nosey cow neighbor ask me when she renews her fence panels can the workman come down my side entrence across my garden,which is all flower beds i might ad,with her fence panels and do HER fence,the reason being she has no back gate so they would have to trapes through her lounge, i just looked at her with me gob open like a b-------- fish befor i said NO sorry.

thanks GG for advice its ok i dident think you were rude at all i think this is a good thread and with all due respect if any one wants to have a grumble then this is the place to do it,it makes for a light hearted laugh and thats what women like after a hard day  sorting out the family what better than a good moan about dog poo,litter,and neighbors carry on i say.

well ive had a really good laugh at all the moans just looked out the garden at the nosy cow next door to see dog ends come flying over, so collecting them all up.any ideas what to do with them? grrrrrrrrrrr

hi bookwormy i think its a hit or miss with the seeds i have scattered,then raked them in i have done all sorts spents pounds on them,so if you are lucky then let me know your secret.and yet nature does it perfectly

the most noseiest neighbor ever put on this earth and she has to live next door to me,she knows more than i do what goes on in my house and if she cant see who is knocking on my door she will come out with hands on hips to the gate. i see her when im in the garden just looking out of the window at me,her gardens a tip and she really grates on my nerves,cant help it i have been trying to be nice to her BUTS ITS NOT WORKING there feel better now.

i have an allotment with all the above fruuits you can pick and freeze them make jams and chutneys all easy recipis on the net good luck

hi if its still wet but has broken down or most of it just spread it on your garden the cold will dry it out or dig it in,thats what i have just done and its dont worry to much

clay soil so little choice of plants

hi renu i also have clay soil but in spring garden full of aquilegias anemonies real old cottage plants lots of plants will grow in your soil i just dig out a big clod of clay and fill the hole up with soil,and in it goes you will be fine look forward to hearing from you
