Yes v v restrictive and some of the foods on that list are high fibre so I can't eat those!

edd I use to grow kale, caul, broc, cabbage, I love my veg but after being v ill it was the veggies making me worse. So I'm root veg, French beans and courgettes only! Unless anyone knows of any low fiber low fodmap veg!!

Thanks for all the advice, I have used my mums vac pack and tied some then frozen. I don't like having to freezer and store but it's the only green veg I can eat other than courgette.

Dont you find that they go squeeky when frozen, wonder if vacuum packed before frozen may help!

How do I do this so they aren't squeeky. It's one of the only veg on my permitted diet and I would love to keep some to help me in the winter months when I can't grow my own. Or has anyone grown their own in winter??

Oh interesting that not all flower, I set sutton Formost and sharpes express . The s-for most flowered but the others in my raised bed don't seem to have. 2 out of prob 20 plants have!! Is this norm??

She is not in my good books!! She is a joker but that isn't funny they are dalia gallery Rivera and they were bought on a birthday trip to Cornwall so happy memories attached!!

Firstly I bow my head and apologise for this thread! It would seem that some tomfoolery has been afoot and the joke is on me! My sister thought it would be hilarious to swap my yellow tags for my red as I had 6 of each. My reds are yellow and my yellows are red!!! Unfortunately my red tubs are now yellow and 3 of my red dahlias have been sold thinking they were yellows!! (Sad)

 

Apparently she was waging war against my neatness and my neatly labelled pots and thought I would find it funny. Instead due to the volume of dahlias this year I out some out to sell to make compost money

moral of the story, no one is allowed in my garden unsupervised!!!

Damn it can't find anything to rhyme with. No they are def yellow not red!! The variety was red flame!
