Verdun have you heard of this.... Dierama argyreum white flowers. Is it any good, is it worth investing in. I'm looking at the paddock plant site!

Hi all. Just need setting straight please. i bought this plant in full bloom and it was stunning, I just need to know how to care now. It states on the label no pruning. Fine I can do this but how do I go about dead heading and care!

 

it is currently in a pot on my decking in a shaded part of my garden!! do I feed, repot, just trim heads off just below flower head' it's all looking brown and yuk but it is alive!!

Seriously verdun I think you should start a thread that introduces new plants or old fashioned perennials people haven't heard of. Simply an explanation A picture your experience and how to propagate. I would be your number one fan. Just looked up aconitum and it's stunning and have never heard of it! Shame it's 1.2m. You must have a large garden!!

your just egging me on aren't you, I really really like the 3 white hellebores called white frills or something. Again 3 for £20 so one for each site I'm my head!!!! I will just tell my partner that Verdun said I had to!!!

I was possibly thinking one for the back and 2 shaped in pots or one for the back and one for each bed at the front. It depends if I can source cheaper or better variety!!

Will do. Just wanted to play off all of your knowledge. is that offer good or are there better value/ better varieties! I want every plant but it sounds like it is good if I can trim to a shape keep compact is evergreen and creates a smell!! ????
