Back from Guides

Very proud of myself, I identified aquilegia  I can only identify those in my garden  No hat needed KEF  Can't remember the thread Lily, sorry.

Fidget, sounds like your dad is a tricksy old so and so! Hope he is getting better and will be up and running rings round you and your mother soon!

Dove, sorry to hear about the car. Some people just can't be believed. Glad there were witnesses.

OL, sorry you've had a bad day. Tomorrow is Saturday, and hopefully the sun will shine for you

Morning all

Have a lovely day yesterday. I wasn't in the garden much but had a great lunch and catch up, got Ma Panda's bday pressie and delivered it safely  OH and I were then invited to stay for tea  I went on a snail hunt when I got home, took one off my magnolia, one off the clematis and loads more from pots etc. Some got stamped on , most went in the garden waste bin

Managed to identify a plant on here this morning  Very pleased with my new skills!

Love Guy Martin Clari. Did you see his prog where he tried to go fast on odd things? (Can't remember what the prog was called, sorry)

What am I?

I do believe it is aquilegia  Don't know what variety though

We had a big camp fire at the weekend and practically had to sit on it to feel the warmth. Don't know if that helps as it was quite cold  That said, there's nothing like watching the flames!

Ironically KEF I had geezers last night!  Maybe that's why I'm not joining the ranks of the weird dreamers!! Not enough cheese in my diet either Lizzie

Having got up at 9 I've been dozing on the sofa as an attempt to get rid of the nasty headache I woke up with before going out to lunch with a dear friend. It's pretty much gone so time to get my shoes on

I often think I should garden like Monty too KEF, and do it in the rain. And then I decide to stay warm and dry

Clari, virtually spending money is good fun!

Evening all

Is Ma Panda's bday on Monday and Pa was saying he wanted to get her some gardening gloves so I suggested a trip to the GC on our way back from an appt I had. Only prob was I left my purse at home  So no plants bought you would think? Not so! Pa said I could get one alpine to go with one I bought recently so got one, and a half price euphorbia  Oops!

KEF, you are a cheeky one!

Gg. would love to go to your open day but it is too far for me  Hope you have a good day though

Morning all

Bit late for me, have been up for ages! Had a call early which got me up

MrsG, have googled your plant, it looks nice.

KEF, did you eat cheese last night before bed?

Dove, hope your washing stays dry, just had a shower
